New year means new features, updates, and enhancements to the Pagecloud platform! As always, the Pagecloud team is working hard on to bring you the best website editing experience possible!

Improved Performance

Guides have been redesigned for better performance to make it easier to design your layout, especially on pages with many objects.

Enhanced Sharing

Share links are now more flexible, allowing for editing and inviting multiple people at once. Plus, shares are now a top-level option in your site dashboard.

New Integrations

Added support for PayPal donate buttons, making it even easier to support your favorite causes. Simply paste the code into the Paypal embed and position the button where you want on your page. 

Improved Blogging

We continue to improve the performance of blog listing data widgets so you can create an even better reading experience! 

Customization

  • You can now add up to 4 columns to any section! You can now create more complex layouts within a section. 
  • The image panel has added support for lazy loading images to improve your Google Lighthouse scores.

Bug Fixes

A number of bugs have been fixed, including: 

  • Issues with space below function on forms and blog widget
  • Fixed data attribute for form submission message
  • Adding a section below manual section no longer causes space to appear
  • Sorting in galleries no longer unsets the “Full Bleed” setting on them. 
  • Text objects in desktop no longer getting height from mobile 
  • Guides are now displaying in the correct column
  • Sharelinks no longer have a white bar on the bottom 

What's next?

We have some incredible updates to come in the near future, including our new Chrome Extension, Design Sidekick! Design Sidekick makes it even easier to design your website, and Pagecloud users can benefit from the Edit in Pagecloud button to quickly jump into edit mode on any of your pages.
